Interviewer:

Rafa, well played do. You were just part of the standing ovation there for David Ferrer. How emotional was it and how well-deserved(受けるに値する) for him.

 

Rafael Nadal:

It is not enough for, it is much more, having been an emotional day happy of call for the victory but very sad no say goodbye to and good friend and one..., yeah, one friend that we shared all these things that we shared together earlier doing call our career so he's a tough moment but well I really hope that he is very happy with this decision and he is able to do whatever he wants.

 

Interviewer:

A new job today was to beat him that can't be easy when you're feeling.

What you're feeling for him.

 

Rafael Nadal:

Well I know that's at the end now I have to do my work I have to do the things that I have to do to be ready for it and I think that's what I did.

 

Interviewer:

How much of an improvement was it from you today compared to the previous round.

 

Rafael Nadal:

Yeah, big difference. Now (There) have been a tough match, you know, in always yesterday and today have been a different energy, different motivation and... yeah. In general terms(一般論として) for me, I need to play with a different attitude to making a step forward and that's what I did today.
